WOOD GRAIN FINISH
17 wood grain finishes are available, in addition, we can match any wood grain color as per the project requirements.
MECHANICAL
Powder coating produces a coating twice as thick as standard paint, the real advantage is its flexibility and ability to bend and yield with the material it is applied to.
PVDF COATING
PVDF coating (polyvinylidene fluoride) or Kynarfi coating is a pure thermoplastic fluoro-polymer that is non-reactive and possesses multiple coating benefits. Kynar coating is a chemical-resistant, thick film barrier coating. PVDF is:
- Unaffected by most chemicals, solvents, acids, and heat
- Excellent wear and abrasion resistance
- Low density compared to similar fluoropolymers
- High dielectric strength provides excellent resistance to weathering elements in harsh environments
